1. Avocado and honey: all hair types

Avocados are usually rich in a many different types of vitamins and nutrients that your hair desperately needs in order to remain healthy and soft. On the other hand, honey is naturally an antibacterial agent. Cut a ripe avocado into two to get a half part and scoop out the flesh part. Mix the flesh part of your ripe avocado with a spoon of organic honey. Apply the mixture on your hair and allow it to sit for twenty minutes before rinsing it off in running water.

2. Lemon and apple cider vinegar; for oily hair

The apple cider vinegar is useful for removing build ups of styling products, conditioners, while also strengthening your hair shaft. It also leaves your hair feeling soft and shiny. If you are struggling with dandruff, this hair mask should help. Mix a quarter of the vinegar with the grated peel of a whole lemon. Allow the mixture to rest on your hair for 15 minutes for it to remove the excess oil from your scalp, then wash it with running water.

3. Egg and olive oil hair mask

The olive oil performs the major role of hydrating brittle locks. On the other hand, the protein from the eggs usually promotes healthy growth of your hair. Mix three tablespoons of olive oil and two egg yolks and then apply the mixture on your dry hair. Allow the moisturizer to sit on your hair for 20 minutes before washing it using running water, in the shower.

4. Banana, Almond, and honey: great for dry and flaky scalp or hair

Bananas are not only nutritious for your body, but are also great for moisturizing your hair, smoothing any frizz, and soothing your itchy scalp. Mash a half ripe banana and mix it with 2 tablespoons of honey and a few almond oil drops. Apply it on your hair, wear a shower cap and leave it for around 20 minutes before rinsing it off.
